欢迎使用蛋蛋。蛋蛋是一个给在乎的人一起用的小空间：一起养一只宠物，在地图上留下一起走过的地方，每周回答几个小问题。请先读完这份协议，你注册或使用蛋蛋，即表示同意本协议和《隐私政策》。
本协议是你和丹纳利（上海）科技有限公司（以下称“我们”）之间关于使用蛋蛋（英文名 Little Us）的约定。
一、谁可以使用
- 你需要年满 16 周岁。16 至 18 周岁的用户，应在监护人阅读并同意本协议后使用。
- 你需要提供真实可用的手机号或使用 Apple 登录，一个人用一个账号，不得冒用他人身份或批量注册。
- 请保管好你的手机和账号。用你的账号进行的操作，视为你本人的操作。
二、蛋蛋提供什么
- 同行小组：邀请好友组成小组，一起养宠物、看彼此的近况。
- 地图回忆：发带地点的笔记，只给同组的人看。
- 日记：记录生活，自己决定给谁看。
- 每周小问题：各自回答，一起揭晓。
- 性格测试和宠物、好友、Apple Watch 等功能。
我们会不断改进蛋蛋，功能可能增加、调整或停止。影响你权益的重大变化，我们会提前在 App 内告知。
三、会员订阅
- 免费的部分：日记、宠物、好友、性格测试。
- 会员功能：地图回忆、每周小问题、Apple Watch 上的功能。会员功能以 App 内的说明为准。
- 一人开通，全组都能用：小组里只要有一个人是会员，同组的人都可以使用会员功能。组里没人是会员时，会员功能暂停，但你的数据都会保留。
- 价格：以 App Store 购买页面显示的为准（中国大陆为每月 16 元）。不打折，不分档。
- 免费试用：首次订阅可免费试用 7 天，是否符合资格由 Apple 判断。试用期内取消不收费；不取消的，试用结束后开始按月收费。
- 自动续费：订阅按月自动续费，费用从你的 Apple 账户扣除。除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣取下一期费用。
- 取消：在 iPhone“设置”→ 你的名字 →“订阅”里管理或取消，也可以在 App 的会员页点“管理或取消订阅”。取消后，会员可用到当前周期结束，不再续费。
- 退款：购买和退款由 Apple 处理，按 Apple 的规定办理。
- 我们可能向早期用户或特定用户赠送会员，赠送的会员按赠送时说明的期限使用。
四、你的内容
- 你发布的文字、照片、视频等内容，著作权归你。
- 为了提供服务，你授权我们在全球范围内免费、非独占地存储、处理你的内容，并展示给你选择的人。这项授权只用于运营蛋蛋，不用于广告；你删除内容或注销账号后，授权随之终止。
- 你应确保有权发布这些内容，不侵犯他人的权利。发布含有他人肖像或信息的内容，请先征得对方同意。
五、不允许的行为
你不得利用蛋蛋发布、传播或从事：
- 违反法律法规、危害国家安全和社会公共利益的内容；
- 色情、低俗、暴力、恐怖、赌博、毒品相关内容；
- 骚扰、辱骂、威胁、诽谤他人，或侵犯他人隐私、肖像、知识产权；
- 利用地点信息跟踪、偷拍、骚扰他人；
- 诈骗、广告营销、垃圾信息；
- 鼓励或美化自杀、自伤的内容；
- 破解、攻击、干扰蛋蛋的系统，或用自动化手段批量操作。
为符合法律要求，发布的内容会经过机器自动安全检测（详见《隐私政策》）。对违规内容和账号，我们可以视情况删除内容、限制功能或封禁账号。你可以在 App 里举报违规内容或用户，也可以拉黑对方。
如果你对处理结果有异议，可以发邮件到 info@unmedic.com 申诉，我们会在 15 个工作日内答复。
六、安全提示
- 蛋蛋只显示你发布的笔记所在的位置，不显示实时位置。线下见面请注意安全，因线下交往产生的纠纷由当事人自行处理。
- 如果你或身边的人有自伤、自杀的念头或处于危险中，请立即联系当地紧急求助电话（中国大陆：110、120）或专业心理援助机构。蛋蛋不是急救或心理治疗服务。
七、账号注销
你可以随时在 App 的设置里注销账号。注销后，你的账号和相关数据会被删除，无法恢复。已经开通的 Apple 订阅不会因注销自动取消，请记得先在 Apple 的订阅设置里取消。
八、我们的权利
蛋蛋的名称、标志、界面、宠物形象、代码等知识产权属于我们或相关权利人。未经书面许可，不得复制、修改或用于商业目的。
九、服务的中断和终止
我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但可能因维护、升级、网络或第三方故障、不可抗力等原因中断，我们会尽快恢复。如果你严重违反本协议，我们可以终止向你提供服务。如果我们决定停止运营蛋蛋，会至少提前 30 天在 App 内通知。
十、责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们对因不可抗力、第三方原因或你自身原因造成的损失不承担责任。本协议不排除或限制法律规定不能排除的责任，也不影响你作为消费者依法享有的权利。
十一、关于 Apple
- 本协议是你和我们之间的协议，Apple 不是协议一方，不对蛋蛋及其内容负责。
- Apple 没有义务为蛋蛋提供维护和支持服务。
- 如果蛋蛋不符合适用的保证，你可以通知 Apple，Apple 会退还你的购买价款（如有）；在法律允许的范围内，Apple 不再承担其他保证义务。
- 与蛋蛋有关的产品责任、法律合规、消费者保护等主张，以及知识产权侵权主张，由我们而不是 Apple 处理。
- 你声明你不在受美国政府禁运的国家或地区，也不在美国政府禁止或限制交易的名单上。
- Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权在你接受本协议后向你执行本协议。
十二、适用法律和争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时，双方先友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方可以向上海市浦东新区人民法院提起诉讼。如果你所在地的法律给予消费者更多保护，这些保护不受影响。
十三、协议更新
我们可能更新本协议，并更新本页面和上方日期。重大变化会在 App 内提示。如果你不同意更新后的协议，可以停止使用并注销账号；继续使用，即表示你接受更新后的协议。

Little Us (Dandan) Terms of Use

Welcome to Little Us. It is a small space for people who care about each other: raise a pet together, keep the places you've been on a map, and answer a few small questions each week. Please read these terms. By signing up or using Little Us you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
These terms are an agreement between you and 丹纳利（上海）科技有限公司 ("we", "us") about your use of Little Us (Chinese name 蛋蛋, "Dandan").
1. Who can use Little Us
- You must be at least 16. If you are 16 to 18, a parent or guardian should read and agree to these terms first.
- Sign up with a real phone number or with Apple. One account per person; don't impersonate others or create accounts in bulk.
- Keep your phone and account secure. Actions taken with your account are treated as yours.
2. What Little Us offers
- Crews: invite friends into a small group to raise pets together and see how each other are doing.
- Map memories: post notes with a place, visible only to your crew.
- Diary: write about your life and choose who sees it.
- Weekly questions: answer separately, reveal together.
- Personality test and pets, friends, Apple Watch and more.
We keep improving Little Us, so features may be added, changed or removed. We'll give notice in the app before significant changes that affect your rights.
3. Membership subscription
- Free: diary, pets, friends and the personality test.
- Member features: map memories, weekly questions and the Apple Watch features, as described in the app.
- One subscribes, the whole crew gets it: if anyone in your crew is a member, everyone in that crew can use member features. If nobody is, member features pause, and all your data stays.
- Price: as shown on the App Store purchase screen (US$6.99 per month in the US; local prices vary). No discounts, no tiers.
- Free trial: your first subscription includes a 7-day free trial; Apple decides eligibility. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged; otherwise monthly billing starts when it ends.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews monthly and is charged to your Apple account. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or tap "Manage or Cancel Subscription" on the membership page in the app. After cancelling, membership lasts until the end of the current period and does not renew.
- Refunds: purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- We may give memberships to early users or specific users; these last for the period stated when given.
4. Your content
- You own the text, photos, videos and other content you post.
- To run the service, you give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive permission to store and process your content and show it to the people you choose. This permission is used only to operate Little Us, never for advertising, and ends when you delete the content or your account.
- Make sure you have the right to post what you post and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. Ask people before posting their image or information.
5. What's not allowed
Don't use Little Us to post, share or do any of the following:
- anything illegal or harmful to national security or the public interest;
- pornographic, vulgar, violent, terrorist, gambling or drug-related content;
- harassing, insulting, threatening or defaming others, or violating their privacy, image or intellectual property;
- using location information to follow, secretly photograph or harass anyone;
- scams, advertising, marketing or spam;
- content that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-harm;
- hacking, attacking or interfering with our systems, or automating actions in bulk.
To comply with the law, posted content is checked automatically by machine (see the Privacy Policy). For content or accounts that break these rules we may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts. You can report content or users in the app, and block people.
If you disagree with a decision, appeal by emailing info@unmedic.com. We reply within 15 working days.
6. Staying safe
- Little Us only shows where your posted notes were made, never your live location. Take care when meeting people in person; disputes arising from offline meetings are between the people involved.
- If you or someone near you is thinking about self-harm or suicide or is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a professional crisis service right away. Little Us is not an emergency or therapy service.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. Your account and related data are then deleted and can't be recovered. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it in Apple's subscription settings first.
8. Our rights
The Little Us name, logo, interface, pet characters, code and other intellectual property belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Don't copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Interruptions and termination
We do our best to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, network or third-party failures, or events beyond our control; we'll restore it as quickly as we can. If you seriously breach these terms we may stop providing the service to you. If we decide to shut Little Us down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the app.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, by third parties, or by you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. About Apple
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Little Us or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Little Us.
- If Little Us fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to Little Us, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property infringement claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you once you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it in good faith; if that fails, either party may bring it before the People's Court of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. If the law where you live gives consumers more protection, that protection still applies.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app. If you don't agree, you can stop using Little Us and delete your account; if you keep using it, you accept the updated terms.
