一句话说清楚：我们不卖你的信息，App 里没有广告，不做广告追踪，不窥探你的隐私。我们只收集让蛋蛋正常运行所需的信息，你发的内容只给你选择的人看。

蛋蛋（英文名 Little Us，以下称“蛋蛋”或“本 App”）由丹纳利（上海）科技有限公司（以下称“我们”）运营。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为什么收集、给谁看、存多久，以及你可以怎么管理。我们依照《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律法规制定本政策。

一、我们收集的信息和用途

1. 账号信息

• 手机号：用短信验证码登录时需要，用于创建和识别账号、保障账号安全、好友通过手机号找到你。
• Apple 登录：如果你选择“通过 Apple 登录”，我们会收到 Apple 提供的账号标识；如果你同意分享，还会收到姓名和邮箱（可能是 Apple 的中转邮箱）。
• 资料：昵称、头像、App 语言等你填写或选择的内容。

2. 你发布和创建的内容

笔记（地图回忆）、日记、说说、每周小问题的回答、评论、点赞、宠物和它的名字、性格测试的结果，以及你上传的照片和视频。这些内容用于向你和你选择的人展示。

3. 位置信息

• 只有在你授权定位后才会使用。在地图上显示你自己的位置，在你的手机上完成，不上传。
• 你发笔记时，可以给笔记标上地点，这个地点会和笔记一起保存，你的同行能看到你笔记的位置。
• 我们不收集实时位置，不记录行动轨迹，同行看不到你此刻在哪里。
• 搜索地点、显示地名使用的是 Apple 地图服务。

4. 通讯录（可选）

只有在你主动使用“从通讯录找好友”并授权后，我们才会把通讯录里的姓名和手机号发到服务器，用来找出哪些人已经在用蛋蛋。匹配完成即丢弃，我们不保存你的通讯录，只记录“你上传过通讯录”这一状态。

5. 相机和相册

用于拍照、拍视频、选择照片视频、扫描好友二维码、保存二维码和照片。我们只会上传你选中并发布的照片和视频。蛋蛋不使用麦克风，不录音。

6. 设备和日志信息

设备型号、系统版本、App 版本、App 内的设备标识（IDFV）、IP 地址、推送令牌、崩溃和错误日志、使用事件（例如打开了哪个页面、点开了哪条通知）。用于保持服务稳定、排查问题、防止滥用，以及了解功能是否好用。

7. 会员订阅

会员通过 Apple 的 App Store 购买和付款，我们拿不到你的银行卡或其他支付信息。我们只会收到 Apple 签名的交易信息（交易编号、商品、到期时间、是否在试用期、是否自动续费、退款状态），以及我们为你的账号生成的一个随机标识，用来确认会员状态和让同一小组的人一起使用会员。

8. Apple Watch

如果你使用手表 App，手机会把同行的宠物状态、笔记标题、说说等内容同步到你的手表；你在手表上摸摸宠物，会作为点赞发送给对方。

9. 推送通知

经你允许后，我们通过 Apple 的推送服务给你发提醒（例如同行发了新笔记、小问题来了）。你可以随时在系统设置里关闭。

二、内容安全检测

为符合法律要求，你发布的内容会经过机器自动安全检测，不会有人工主动查看，也不会用于广告。只有在你或他人举报、申诉时，工作人员才会查看被举报的那条内容。

检测由阿里云内容安全服务完成，范围是你发布的文字和图片。检测结果只用于判断内容是否违法违规。

三、谁能看到你的内容

• 地图笔记：只有和你在同一个同行小组里的人能看到。
• 日记：按你选择的范围展示，可以是好友、部分好友或仅自己。
• 每周小问题：大家都回答后才一起揭晓，只在小组内可见。
• 离开小组、删除好友或拉黑后，对方会按当时的关系失去相应的查看权限。你的内容不会因此被删除。
• 我们不会把你的内容公开到 App 以外，也不会用于广告。

四、我们和谁共享

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不和广告商、数据商共享。只在以下情况下，为提供服务所必需，与下列服务商共享必要信息：

此外，在法律法规要求、或司法和行政机关依法要求时，我们会依法提供必要的信息。

五、存储地点和跨境

你的信息存储在中华人民共和国境内的服务器上。如果你在中国大陆以外使用蛋蛋，你的信息会传输到中国大陆存储和处理。我们会按本政策同样保护这些信息。

六、保存多久

• 账号存续期间，我们保存提供服务所需的信息。
• 你删除的笔记、日记、回答等内容，会从服务中删除，不再对任何人展示。
• 你注销账号后，我们会立即删除你的账号和相关数据，并把你从所有同行和好友关系中移除。
• 为履行法律义务和处理纠纷，付款和订单记录、举报和反馈记录、错误日志和统计日志会依法保留，只保留账号编号，不保留手机号；到期后删除或匿名化。

七、我们如何保护你的信息

全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输，限制员工访问权限，只在处理举报、申诉和故障时按最小必要原则查看。如果发生个人信息安全事件，我们会依法告知你并向主管部门报告。

八、你的权利

• 查看和更正：在 App 里查看和修改你的资料和内容。
• 删除：随时删除你发布的内容。
• 撤回授权：在系统设置里随时关闭定位、相机、相册、通讯录、通知等权限，相关功能会停止使用，其他功能不受影响。
• 注销账号：在 App 的设置里注销账号。
• 获取副本、提出疑问或投诉：发邮件到 info@unmedic.com，我们会在 15 个工作日内回复。
• 如果你所在地区的法律（例如欧盟、英国）给了你更多权利，如数据可携、反对处理、向当地监管机构投诉，你同样可以通过上面的邮箱行使。

九、广告和追踪

蛋蛋没有广告，不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不跨 App 或网站追踪你，也不会根据你的信息给你推送广告。

十、未成年人

蛋蛋面向年满 16 周岁的用户。16 至 18 周岁的用户，应在监护人同意下使用。如果我们发现在未取得同意的情况下收集了未满 16 周岁用户的信息，会尽快删除。监护人可以通过 info@unmedic.com 联系我们。

十一、政策更新

政策有变化时，我们会更新本页面和上方日期。重大变化（例如收集新的信息类型、改变用途）会在 App 内提示你。

Little Us (Dandan) Privacy Policy

In short: we don't sell your information, there are no ads in the app, we don't track you for advertising, and we don't snoop. We only collect what Little Us needs to work, and what you post is shown only to the people you choose.

Little Us (Chinese name 蛋蛋, "Dandan", the "App") is operated by 丹纳利（上海）科技有限公司 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and how you can control it. It is written under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws.

1. What we collect and why

1.1 Account information

• Phone number: required to sign in with an SMS code. Used to create and identify your account, keep it secure, and let friends find you by number.
• Sign in with Apple: if you choose it, we receive the account identifier Apple provides and, if you agree to share them, your name and email (which may be an Apple relay address).
• Profile: nickname, avatar, app language and other things you enter or choose.

1.2 What you post and create

Notes (map memories), diary entries, short status messages, answers to the weekly questions, comments, likes, your pet and its name, your personality-test result, and the photos and videos you upload. We use them to show them to you and the people you choose.

1.3 Location

• Used only after you allow location access. Showing where you are on the map happens on your phone and is not uploaded.
• When you post a note you can tag it with a place. That place is saved with the note, and your crew can see where the note was posted.
• We do not collect your live location or keep a history of where you go. Your crew cannot see where you are right now.
• Place search and place names use Apple Maps services.

1.4 Contacts (optional)

Only if you choose "Find friends from contacts" and allow access, we send the names and phone numbers in your contacts to our server to find out who already uses Little Us. They are discarded once matched; we do not keep your contacts, only a note that you have uploaded them.

1.5 Camera and photos

Used to take photos and videos, pick photos and videos, scan friends' QR codes, and save QR codes and photos. We only upload the photos and videos you select and post. Little Us does not use the microphone and does not record audio.

1.6 Device and log information

Device model, OS version, app version, the app's device identifier (IDFV), IP address, push token, crash and error logs, and usage events (for example which screen was opened or which notification was tapped). Used to keep the service stable, fix problems, prevent abuse, and understand whether features work well.

1.7 Membership subscriptions

Memberships are bought and paid for through Apple's App Store. We never receive your card or other payment details. We only receive Apple-signed transaction information (transaction ID, product, expiry date, whether it is a free trial, auto-renew status, refund status) and a random identifier we create for your account, so we can confirm membership and let everyone in your crew use it.

1.8 Apple Watch

If you use the watch app, your phone syncs your crew's pet states, note titles and status messages to your watch. Petting a pet on the watch is sent to that person as a like.

1.9 Push notifications

With your permission we send reminders (for example a new note from your crew, or a new weekly question) through Apple's push service. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.

2. Automated content safety checks

To comply with the law, what you post is checked automatically by machine. No person looks at it as part of this check, and it is never used for advertising. Our staff only look at a specific post when you or someone else reports it or appeals a decision about it.

The check is performed by Alibaba Cloud's content security service and covers the text and images you post. Results are used only to decide whether content breaks the law or our rules.

3. Who can see your content

• Map notes: only people in the same crew as you.
• Diary: whoever you choose: friends, some friends, or only you.
• Weekly questions: answers are revealed together after everyone has answered, and only within your crew.
• If someone leaves the crew, is removed as a friend, or is blocked, their access follows the new relationship. Your content is not deleted because of this.
• We do not publish your content outside the app and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share only what is necessary with these service providers, to run the service:

We also disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from a court or government authority.

5. Where your data is stored

Your information is stored on servers in the People's Republic of China. If you use Little Us outside mainland China, your information is transferred to mainland China to be stored and processed, and is protected as described in this policy.

6. How long we keep it

• While your account exists, we keep what is needed to provide the service.
• Notes, diary entries, answers and other content you delete are removed from the service and no longer shown to anyone.
• When you delete your account, we delete your account and related data right away and remove you from every crew and friendship.
• To meet legal obligations and handle disputes, payment and order records, reports and feedback, and error and analytics logs are kept as required by law, with only your account number and no phone number, and are deleted or anonymized afterwards.

7. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Staff access is restricted and only used, to the minimum extent needed, for handling reports, appeals and faults. If a personal information security incident happens, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

• Access and correct your profile and content in the app.
• Delete what you have posted at any time.
• Withdraw permissions for location, camera, photos, contacts and notifications in Settings at any time. Only the related features stop working.
• Delete your account in the app's settings.
• Get a copy, ask a question or complain: email info@unmedic.com. We reply within 15 working days.
• If the law where you live (for example the EU or UK) gives you further rights, such as data portability, objecting to processing, or complaining to your local supervisory authority, you can exercise them through the same email.

9. Ads and tracking

Little Us has no ads, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not target you with ads.

10. Children

Little Us is for people aged 16 and over. Users aged 16 to 18 should use it with a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 16 without consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians can contact us at info@unmedic.com.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Significant changes (for example collecting a new type of information or using it for a new purpose) will be announced in the app.
